We are already 1/3 ^rd of the way through our Stephen Ministry training.  This weekend the class focused on two important topics:

• Process vs Results in caregiving.  Understanding their role as caregivers and God’s role as the cure giver.
• Assertiveness, Relating gently and firmly. Understanding the difference between passive, assertive and aggressive behavior and gaining the skills that will help both in relating with others and affirming their own worth.
