As summer draws to a close, we are waiting for big things to happen at St. Clare! Our Missionary Strategic Plan, a way forward as we unleash the gospel, was submitted to the archdiocese and we are hoping for feedback soon.  Once we have feedback, we will move into the planning phase for our strategic initiatives. Say a prayer for everyone involved—especially Fr. Andrew.
 
If you are liking for a way to evangelize, consider inviting a friend or family member to a 2-night Mission at St. Lucy Church (a member of our SERF Vicariate) featuring John Michael Talbot.  He is an American Roman Catholic singer, songwriter, guitarist, author, television presenter, and founder of a monastic community known as the Brothers and Sisters of Charity.
 
He will be at St. Lucy on September 15 and 16 at 7 pm. There is no charge, but tickets are required.  Go to stlucychurch.com for information.
 
While you are handing out invitations, invite everyone to the St. Clare School Used Book Sale in our Social Hall September 11-15.  Our school is a great evangelizer!
