Besides the email program, there will be several other projects that you can use for your spiritual nourishment, edification, and enjoyment. The Little Black Books are back by popular demand and can be found on the tables in the church along with One Bread, One Body (the purple book). Free- will offerings would be appreciated. Come and join us for Simple Suppers on Monday evenings from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Different parish ministries and groups will be serving their culinary creations. Check the bulletin to see who is cooking next! We start on Ash Wednesday! Operation Rice Bowl is another meaningful way to practice your charity and almsgiving. Bowls are ready to be picked up at the tables in the church. If you have not yet signed up for the St. Leo’s Lunch Project, please do so. Check out the boards at the parking lot wall and see what is needed. Every Friday at 7:30 you are invited to walk the Stations of the Cross in our church. Stations are led by different groups of the parish. Thursday evenings are booked for Alpha where our Bishop invites his listeners to a deeper faith and a great appreciation of what we have as Christians and Catholics. Come and join us from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. Every Wednesday we have an Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in our church. Drop in from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. for some time of prayer and solitude. In addition to all these initiatives Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) is celebrated every Saturday afternoon. Check the schedule of Ash Wednesday on the front page. May your 40 day journey be one of grace and a spiritual experience.
