by Fr. Andrew
Please accept our appreciation and thanks for all of the prayers, gifts, and Christmas cards that we have received over the past few weeks. A special “Thank You” to our staff – Janet, Józefa, Susie, Stephanie, Sister Kathy, Michael, Geoff, Deacon Rich, and Fr. Tom for all of their dedication and support, and to all of you, our parishioners, students, and school families. Thank you to Dennis and Tim our “handymen.” Without all these people, we simply would not function.
Thank you to all our Ministers of the Altar who volunteer their time and service to their parish community; Thank you to the Ministers of Music, as well as all those who join forces and voices to enhance our liturgical celebrations throughout the year—choir members and musicians;
Thank you to our Decorating and Cleaning Committee for enhancing and shining our place of worship throughout the year; Thank you to those working in outreach programs and ministries within our community and beyond; Thank you to our teachers and school staff, volunteers, and parents who provide a place and environment for our children to grow and learn; Thank you to the members of our Commissions, Councils, and groups, who are leading, visioning, and ministering to the whole parish community.
To all of you - may God bless you for your faithfulness and dedication to Him and His people.
To each and every parishioner for whom our faith community is their spiritual home - your presence and active participation in our Liturgies, together with your prayers, affection, and financial support give witness to the fact that our community is alive and growing in Christ. As we enter into this holy season, may peace be in our hearts, our homes, our land, and in our world.
Once again, on behalf of Fr. Tom and myself, I ask for your prayers that we continue to be good priests, pastors, and stewards of God’s gifts. Please be assured of a continued remembrance in our prayers and I ask that you remember us too.
