The St. Clare Christian Service Commission is once again collecting gently used or new boots and coats in support of the Capuchin Soup Kitchen.   As the weather turns cold and winter approaches the Capuchins would like to offer their guests warm boots and heavy coats.  While all donations are welcome, even children’s boots and coats for a local elementary school,  men’s sizes are preferred. (8-13 and Medium to XXL).  The collection will be during the Nov. 5-6 Masses. Early donations may come to the Parish Offices or a marked box in the Austin Portico.  Check your closets and share what you won’t use this winter with someone who will.  The cold weather is coming!
