Garden Club Clean-up

It's time to get the gardens around the church ready for winter. All are welcome! Please join us on Saturday, October 28 from 9:00 to 11:00 am. The 2023 Gardening Season has been a real success! Here are a few things we have accomplished this season:

Successful spring clean up and planting
Several new perennials were added around the fountain, the angel garden bed and the parish office beds
Continued to fight and control the bishop's weed in the Holy Family Garden
Additional plantings and maintaining the parish office beds on the Whittier side
Continued our "Weeding Wednesdays" and had a nice group every week that helped with weeding, trimming and watering on Wednesday mornings

Please bring garden tools that you are comfortable using (shovels, rakes, clippers, etc.) The efforts of many has resulted in beautiful gardens on the St Clare Campus.

Knowing that your time is very valuable, we are going to limit the clean up to 2 hours.
