Seniors 62 and over are invited to enjoy exercising with fellow parishioners to improve circulation, flexibility, balance, and strength without exerting pressure thus reducing injury. This fun, faith-filled 30-45 minute chair exercise class will be followed by a delicious and nutritious light lunch. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in—looking forward to seeing you there! No registration required. Just show up ready to have fun.
