Saturday, October 28, 2023, 10:00 AM - 12:30 PMLocation: ChurchDeborah Frontczak will be here on Saturday, October 28 from 10 a.m-12:30 p.m. to conduct a Cantor Workshop. If you’ve ever wanted to explore cantor ministry, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn the basics of singing Psalms and leading the congregation. Ms. Frontczak will work on diction, vocal technique, and presentation. The last hour will be a master class where individuals can sing and receive constructive and gentle feedback to improve their ministry.
Ms. Frontczak holds three degrees in Voice Performance and has performed extensively in the area. She is known for her vocal pedagogy and cantor workshops, having presented repeatedly for National Pastoral Musicians and many parishes in the Archdiocese. She has served as Music Director for several parishes in the Metro Detroit area, including here at St. Clare, and she is so happy to return for this workshop!
