Track & Field: Coaches were Ann Conlan, John Toddhunter and Bill Lusk:
At the CYO Finals 6th grader Courtney Kennard took first place in both 100 meter dash and the 200 meter dash. Kennard won with the times of 12.6 and 26.9. Elizabeth Calcaterra place third in the 100 meter and 200 meter runs. She turned in times of 13.1 and 27.5. Other CYO Final highlights were Olivia Miller fourth palce in the High Jump (4’ 4”). Kris Granderson took fourth place in the Shot Put. Other strong performances were turned in by Ashton Pongratz, Finn Boyle, Brendan McNamara, Matthew Calcaterra, Emma Kuhr, Kailey West and the 4 X 800 relay featuring Joe Roarty, Michael, Roanan Lowell and Luther took a 6th place medal.
6th grade baseball coached by Al Shaheen:
For the 5th consecutive year the 6th grade team won their Division with a 9 – 1 record. Congratulations to Coach Al Shaheen. The Falcons were comprised of Nicholas Lundberg, Danny McNamara, Will Fannon, Jacob Kempa, Christopher Lujan, Corey Kennard, Andrew Michels, Charlie Krausman, Alexander Shaheen Tommy Cosad, Nick Fannon, Alex Miciuda and Michael Fikany.
8th grade baseball coached by Joseph Conway:
The 8th grade boys completed their season at 6 -4. Fine seasons were turned in by all the players with a special nod to our 8th grade players, Bradley Geist, Colin Mulcahy, Mathieu Fikany and Dan Hernandez.
We invite all spring sport athletes to attend a special Mass Sunday June 15 at 9:00 AM.
