Tim DeGrand competed on March 15th at the Kights of Columbus Regional Free Throw competition and won 1st place for 14 year old boys.

On March 22nd he competed at the State Competition in Mount Pleasant. He was in a 4 way, tied for 1st place for 14 year old boys. The tie breaker round left Tim in a three way tie. All three boys shot 5 of 5 in the 2nd and 3rd tiebreaker rounds. Tim was eliminated in the 4th Tiebreaker round. He ended up coming in 3rd place overall among the 14 year old boys.
