Did You Know? . . . 55% of our annual operating income comes from our Sunday Offerings and over 16% of our annual operating income comes from our Christmas Collection. We use a portion of this money to pay for items such as plowing the parking lot, keeping the lights on and salaries for our church staff.
Did You Know? . . . Christmas offerings are not assessed by the Archdiocese of Detroit*. St. Clare of Montefalco keeps every dollar you give in your Christmas envelope. This money is used to pay bills and to support our many programs (Music, Religious Education, Christian Service, Faith Formation, etc.).
Whether your Christmas plans take you out of state, to a neighboring parish or bring you right home to St. Clare, please consider what you plan to give this Christmas. Thank you for your dedication and support of St. Clare of Montefalco. Wishing you a joy filled Advent.
Be Bold.
Be Holy.
Be Catholic.
* The Archdiocese collects 7% of church operating receipts (some items, such as Christmas and CSA, are excluded from the assessment).
Please keep in mind that all donations must be submitted by December 31 to be used for 2018 tax purposes.
