April 22, 2022Please join the St. Clare Community and School this Tuesday, April 26th, as we come together to provide a funeral Mass for Joann Prewitt, who died on February 2, 2022. We have no details about the life of the deceased. In partnering with Verheyden Funeral Home and their outreach service in the community, we were informed that they had been granted disposition of her body from the authorities.
Continuing our parish commitment to offer a communal Corporal Act of Mercy of Burying the Dead, we ask that you join us as we give witness to our Faith and to our Mission of “reaching out to the poor, the marginalized, in word and in deed” by being “present” for this special Liturgy. Let us all be the heart, hands, and feet of Jesus as we pray for Joann Prewitt and provide for her the dignity of a meaningful funeral celebration of her life.
The service will begin with visitation at 10:00 a.m., followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m.
