The whole week is dedicated to our celebration of Catholic education. Certainly our school will be in the full swing of celebrations: Open House on Sunday Afternoon (2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.); School Mass on Wednesday at 8:15 with the blessing of throats; Mass at the Cathedral at 10:30 a.m.; Teachers appreciation lunch on Friday—not to mention projects and celebrations in the classroom. Please take a look at the insert in our Bulletin about Catholic Education in America. Read the Principal’s column, or simply come and visit our school, meet the students and teachers, and see the students’ work. Our school will celebrate the 90th anniversary of its presence, ministry, and being the proud beacon of Catholic education in this part of the Archdiocese. We will finish our celebrations on Super Bowl weekend, February 7th, with a Sports Mass at 9:00 a.m. Students, players, and coaches—wear your colors! We will have special sport “personalities” joining us for this special Mass.
